The Artil plugin tells the OpenClaw gateway about each new message and gives it the artil skill to read and answer email and SMS. Install OpenClaw and the Artil CLI, sign in as your agent, then run:
Send a test email to your agent’s address and check your inbox for the reply. Each new message starts a turn in the agent’s own artil session; nothing it writes there is sent anywhere. If no reply comes, check the gateway log, fix what it reports, and run openclaw gateway restart. To remove the plugin:
